Delivery time

In case of delivery to an address, you will receive the goods within 1-3 days, during the working day on weekdays and according to a special schedule on weekends (more details on the official Nova Poshta delivery service website). 30-60 minutes before arrival, the courier will call you and inform you of their arrival.

You can clarify any information regarding the delivery with the online store manager, who will call you shortly after placing the order.

Please note: there is a limit on sending starter packs to no more than 5 pieces per calendar month per recipient/family.
